Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the class. For your safety, grip socks are mandatory and available for purchase at the studio. Classes with fewer than 2 bookings one hour prior to the start time may be canceled at the studio’s discretion. Instructors are subject to change after booking, depending on availability. Late cancellation reimbursements are only accepted with a doctor's note. Security Cameras & Privacy Notice: To ensure the safety and security of all members, instructors, and staff, our studio is equipped with security cameras in designated areas. - Purpose: The primary reason for these cameras is security, as our studio is located in an isolated building. Additionally, we may occasionally review footage at the beginning and end of classes to ensure equipment is in place, the space is properly set up, and no safety hazards are present. - Privacy & Storage: Your privacy is important to us. Footage is stored for a very short time and automatically deleted, unless required for security investigations. - Access: Only the studio owner and the security company have access to the recordings. By using our facilities, booking a class, or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this security policy.
