At Pilates Social Club, we offer both Classical Reformer Pilates and Contemporary Reformer Pilates, each with its own unique approach, benefits, and movement principles. Whether you prefer precision and control or dynamic, strength-based flows, we have a class for you!

A dynamic, strength-driven evolution of Pilates.Contemporary Pilates blends the foundations of Classical Pilates with modern movement science, functional training elements, and a more fluid, creative class structure. These sessions may incorporate props, varied movement patterns, and a faster pace for a more athletic feel.

CONTEMPORARY

REFORMER APPROACH

A precise, controlled, and traditional approach.Classical Pilates stays true to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, following a structured sequence of exercises designed to build strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. Movements are intentional, controlled, and deeply focused on core activation, spinal alignment, and full-body coordination.

​​PAQUIS STUDIO
- We’re located in the internal courtyard of the building at Rue de Zurich 34, 1201.
- Google Maps will take you to the entrance of a restaurant. On the side of the restaurant, you’ll see a covered path that looks like a garage entrance.
-Walk through it and enter the code (check confirmation email).
-You’ll see a staircase just in front of you, head down and we'll be there to welcome you!

​​CHAMPEL STUDIO

- Avenue Dumas 12, 1206. Few minutes walk from Champel Gare.

- Please note we don't have any space to wait inside the studio. The door will open 10 minutes before the start of your class.

​​EAUX-VIVES STUDIO

- Rue des Pierres-du-Niton 8, between Notabene and Herstreet.

- Enter through the glass door and walk 1 floor up.

- Bus access: Rue du Lac bus stop. Tram access: Few mins from Rive stop.

- The door will open 10 minutes before the start of your class.
