SPECIALTY CLASSES
Beyond our Classical and Contemporary Reformer formats, we've created a set of specialty classes for specific seasons of life — and for the moments when movement and recovery come together. Whether you're moving through pregnancy and the months that follow, building a shared practice with your teenager, or pairing a full-body Reformer session with restorative red light therapy, these classes meet you exactly where you are. Each one takes place on the Reformer and is guided with the same attention to alignment, breath, and the PSC method you'll find across our schedule.
Parent/Teen Reformer Pilates: Nurturing families through movement.
Strengthen your bond, and your core, in our new Parent + Teen Reformer classes. Working side by side on the Reformer, you and your teen move through a session designed to build functional strength, body awareness, and the flexibility a growing body needs — all in a supportive, pressure-free environment where the focus is on moving well, not competing.
For teens, Reformer Pilates offers a gentle but genuinely effective introduction to strength and mobility training. The years of rapid growth often bring changes in posture, coordination, and confidence, and the controlled, low-impact nature of the Reformer is an ideal place to develop them. Teens learn to move with intention, build the deep core and postural strength that support long school days and the demands of sport, and form a healthy, positive relationship with their bodies and with exercise early on.
For parents, it's a rare chance to invest in your own strength and mobility while sharing intentional, screen-free time with your teen. You'll work through the same flow together, each at your own level, encouraging one another along the way — and leave with something you've built side by side.
This is a contemporary Reformer class suitable for all levels, including complete first-timers. No prior Pilates experience is needed: our instructors introduce every spring setting and movement, and adapt the work to each pair so that parent and teen can progress comfortably and safely at their own pace.
Pre-Natal/Post-Natal Reformer Pilates: Supporting your strength through every stage of motherhood.
A gentle, restorative flow focusing on breath, mobility, and pelvic floor health. This contemporary pre/postnatal Reformer class is designed to support your body through every stage of motherhood — from pregnancy through recovery — and is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced movers.
During pregnancy, the work helps you stay strong, mobile, and connected to your body as it changes week by week. Sessions focus on easing the common tension that builds through the hips, lower back, and shoulders, on maintaining the deep-core and pelvic-floor awareness that supports you through pregnancy and birth, and on creating space simply to breathe, slow down, and move with comfort. The Reformer's adjustable support makes it possible to keep training safely and effectively even as your body and balance shift.
In the postnatal phase, the focus turns to rebuilding gently and intelligently. After the demands of carrying, birth, and feeding, the body benefits from a patient, layered return to strength — reconnecting with the deep core and pelvic floor, restoring posture and stability, and gradually rebuilding the full-body strength that daily life with a baby asks of you. Nothing is rushed; progress is met at the pace your recovery allows.
Every session is led with care and can be modified to your stage, your energy, and your individual needs. As always, we recommend checking with your doctor, midwife, or healthcare provider before beginning — or returning to — exercise during pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Reformer & LED Light Therapy: Reformer Pilates meets radiant recovery.
A restorative Reformer Pilates experience designed to strengthen, lengthen, and recharge the body — and then let it fully unwind. This full-body class pairs mindful, controlled movement on the Reformer with the soothing finish of LED red light therapy, bringing together effort and recovery in a single session.
The class opens with a complete Reformer flow suitable for all levels: deliberate, well-supported movement that builds strength, mobility, and length from head to toe while keeping you centred on your breath. Having worked the body, you then transition into the recovery phase — the part that makes this class unlike any other on our schedule.
For the final stretch of the session, you settle into a guided meditation beneath LED red light therapy masks. Red light therapy is widely associated with relaxation, post-exercise muscle recovery, and skincare benefits such as supporting collagen production and a healthy glow. Combined with stillness, breath, and quiet, it turns the close of class into genuine, intentional self-care — a little movement, a little recovery, and a lot of glow. You'll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and radiant. ✨
Created in the spirit of our Project E Beauty Reformer Glow Ritual collaboration, this class is suitable for all levels. As with every PSC class, late entry is not permitted once the session has begun, so please arrive in good time to enjoy the full experience.
This class is offered in June, in specific slots.
