Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pilates Social Club! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for attending reformer Pilates classes at our studio. By booking or attending a class, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Class Booking

Class Size: Each class is limited to a maximum of 10 participants. If a class has less than 2 participants up to 1 hour before the class, PSC has the right to cancel the class.
Booking Window: Classes can be booked up to 1 hour before the class start time, subject to availability.
Packages: Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared among different individuals. Each package is intended for personal use only.
Instructors: The instructors on the schedule may change after your booking, due to their availability and/or illness.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the class start time at no cost.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time, or no-shows, will result in a forfeited credit or session fee.
Class Cancellations by Pilates Social Club: We reserve the right to cancel classes if the minimum number of participants is not met. Should this occur, you will be notified in advance, and your class credit will be returned to your account.

4. Class Credits

Expiration: Credits are valid for a specified period as outlined in your purchase plan. Expired credits are non-refundable.
Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another individual.

5. Health and Safety

By attending our classes, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in Pilates reformer exercises. If you have any health conditions, please consult your physician before starting. Pilates Social Club is not liable for any injury or health issue that may arise from participating in our classes.

6. Security Cameras & Privacy Notice

To ensure the safety and security of all members, instructors, and staff, our studio is equipped with security cameras in designated areas.

Purpose: The primary reason for these cameras is security, as our studio is located in an isolated building. Additionally, we may occasionally review footage at the beginning and end of classes to ensure equipment is in place, the space is properly set up, and no safety hazards are present.
Privacy & Storage: Your privacy is important to us. Footage is stored for a very short time and automatically deleted, unless required for security investigations.
Access: Only the studio owner and the security company have access to the recordings.

By using our facilities, booking a class, or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this security policy.

7. Liability Waiver

Participation in Pilates Social Club classes is at your own risk. By attending a class, you agree to release and hold harmless Pilates Social Club, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages that may result from participating.

8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Pilates Social Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members and updated on our website. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
